Proposed Transaction

John Dutemple will be making the following transactions for a family account at Tuesday, April 19th's NAV or later:

Sell Fidelity Total Bond Fund (FTBFX)
Sell Fidelity Spartan Extended Market Index Fund (FSEMX)
Sell Vanguard Inflation Protected Securities Fund (VIPSX)
Buy Fidelity International Discovery Fund (FIGRX)
Buy Vanguard Small Cap Index Fund (NAESX)

Additionally, John Dutemple will begin to purchase shares of FIGRX on an ongoing basis as part of a 401(k) program. He will also continue to purchase FTBFX.
