John Dutemple sold, for a family account, 1 call contract on BDX expiring Sept. 17, 2011 at with a strike price of 90 using a limit order. Contingent upon execution of this option, Mr. Dutemple will cancel an existing trailing stop on BDX. Conversely, if BDX is stopped out, Mr. Dutemple will buy to close this option position.
